We begin by getting to know you—your experience, a quick application, and ID. No fluff. Just a genuine conversation to determine if we’re a good fit.
2. Receive a Quick LOI
Next, we review the project basics, including purchase price and date, “as-is” value, any payoff amount, budget, timeline, and whether it’s a single-family or multi-family property. From there, we’ll issue a fast Letter of Intent.
3. Lock in Your Terms
Once you’re pre-approved, we’ll present clear, customized loan terms. No surprises—just a transparent path forward.
4. Submit Final Docs & Close
You’ll provide blueprints, a GC license, and a cost breakdown. Our streamlined process means fast closings and a friction-free draw schedule, so you can stay focused on the build.
