Before joining Sound Capital, Heather spent more than 20 years in title and escrow, working in nearly every role. Most recently, she served as an Escrow Branch Manager in Washington State, where she worked closely with local builders to guide their buyers from contract through closing.
After moving to Arizona, Heather brought that experience to construction financing. Today, she focuses on ground-up single-family spec homes, townhomes, and duplexes, plus fix-and-flip projects and finished-lot bridge loans that transition into construction financing.

She wants to understand what a builder is planning, how they got started, and where they want to take their business. From there, she works through the plans, budget, timeline, and financing needs—with an eye toward the next project, too.
Heather believes a lending relationship should extend well beyond closing. As construction progresses, responsiveness, financing structure, and a dependable draw process all matter. One of her favorite parts of the job is receiving progress photos and sharing in the milestones along the way.
Outside work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and three young adult daughters, watching football with her Bernese Mountain Dog, and escaping the Arizona heat for cooler weather, a river, and a fly rod.
