Ken helped launch Sound Capital in 2010. He brings a wealth of business building experience, and a passion for serving clients with excellence.
Prior to Sound Capital, Ken successfully built one of the largest, and most successful, sales teams in North America for real estate services. He grew the HouseValues sales department from 25 to 450 salespeople. Additionally, he increased revenue from single-digit millions to over $115mm annually.
Ken was also on the executive team that took HouseValues public in December of 2004, raising $110mm. Beyond the IPO, he continued to grow House Values sales, helping them hit a $1B market cap in 2005.
He graduated from Washington State University, with a degree in Business and Economics. He’s a huge Seahawks fan, loves to play golf, and lives with his wife Jamie and two young daughters in Temecula, CA.
